Welcome to Liz.Kitchen

I can’t believe this is finally getting started.
Liz.Kitchen has been on my heart since 2013 when I came up with the idea.

LizKulp11I have to fight many medical issues – besides fetal alcohol syndrome and the issues of auditory, sensory and visual processing disorders. I live my life in the world of  concrete understanding and the swirl of memory issues. In addition, I juggle a gluten free, lactose free and diabetic diet. It means special food on a fixed income!

Believe me I know how to shop!

I dreamed of having a job in a fine restaurant, but with the cards I was dealt due to Fetal Alcohol, there is never a day I can plan that I will be healthy enough to do a good job for my boss. Liz.Kitchen offers me hope for purposeful living and  the chance to build better lives for people like me with healthy food plans and ways to safely cook on the days we feel great. Then on the days we tumble into our chronic issues we can enjoy the food we have already prepared.

Thank you for joining me!
