“Liz.Kitchen helps me work with persons I support in a fun, easy way to create healthy eating and build Live Abilities skills. The videos are upbeat and easy-to-follow. And the best part is the food is beautiful and healthy for the people I support who have difficult to maintain medical requirements.”

And if that isn’t enough to deal with I am also challenged with Type1 Diabetes, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, kidney issues, neuropathy, sensory integration disorders, auditory processing disorder and visual processing disorders.

For anyone who thinks it’s okay to drink while you are pregnant – get to know me and you will discover I am a very strong woman and A SURVIVOR!

My mind works in concrete understanding and I have learning differences. None of this stops me from being creative and brilliant.  I have learned to accept help to navigate and maintain my interdependent life. I would like to shout out to Ed, Michelle and Nicholle for believing in me and trusting me: Department of Employment and Economic Development—Vocational Rehabilitation Services
